No! VIDA Pilates lives inside the gym, but everyone is welcome. We have multiple locations, and you can practice at all of them.
Not at this time. However, you can easily purchase a package here, sign up, and practice at any of our five VIDA Pilates locations.
You will receive a fitness certification you can use anywhere in the world and learn teaching methodology utilizing the mat and all classical Pilates apparatuses: reformer, tower, chair, Cadillac, spine corrector, ladder barrel, and more.
Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training is a six-month commitment. Training will take place on weekends from January through June.
The total cost is $4,499 split into six monthly payments. VIDA employees and independent contractors are eligible to use their employee discount.
