Diana Holcomb

Diana Holcomb

Teacher

Diana has been practicing Pilates for over two decades, beginning with mat classes in 2005 and adding reformer to her practice in 2012. She loves being able to see herself improve in some way after EVERY session, whether it’s being able to do a move that used to be too hard, having better posture, or just feeling stronger and more flexible. Certified by Balanced Body in Mat and Reformer as well as comprehensively certified in classical Pilates through Vida Pilates, she has been teaching since 2021. Perpetually curious, she is currently an apprentice in the Romana Kryzanowska lineage with Excel Pilates’ 700-hour Teacher Training Program, and upon completion will be a 3rd generation teacher of the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning (Contrology). Diana creates sessions that blend strength, precision, and plenty of personality. She hopes her students leave with endorphins, laughter, and just enough of a sneaky burn to feel it the next day

 Jennifer Scott

Jennifer Scott

Teacher

Jennifer’s lifelong love of movement led her to Pilates after years of studying ballet, modern dance, and yoga. She was drawn to the practice for its ability to build strength, balance, and resilience. A pianist, singer, and music producer, she brings thoughtfully curated music to every class, creating an experience that blends purposeful movement with intentional rhythm. By day she practices law, giving her a unique appreciation for how movement can help us reset, refocus, reconnect – and breathe.

Elizabeth Shea

Teacher

Elizabeth’s love affair with Classical Pilates started long before it became a mainstream trend, and she credits her decades-long practice for wondrous benefits to her body and soul. Studying under second- and third-generation master teachers, she holds certifications in Beginner and Intermediate Mat from Power Pilates and Comprehensive Apparatus from VIDA Pilates. This strong foundation is backed by continuous specialized training in athletic conditioning, pre- and post-natal care, injury protocols, and advanced programming. In the studio, Elizabeth is known for her emphasis on refining technique, creating “aha!” moments, and balancing rigor with renewal. She remains gratified by the students whom she has inspired to become teachers themselves.

 Bridget Collins

Bridget Collins

Teacher

Pilates has been the foundation of my movement practice for more than 20 years. As a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher through VIDA Pilates, my approach is rooted in the classical method. I believe consistency is the key to building and maintaining strength, preventing injury, and supporting longevity.

As a runner, hiker, cyclist, former triathlete, I’ve experienced firsthand how Pilates improves efficiency, recovery, and overall athletic performance. My teaching style emphasizes precision, individualized attention, and meeting each student where they are. Change happens over time with consistent practice.

Stand Tall. It’s more than a motto-it’s my philosophy. In today’s digital world, where posture and alignment are constantly challenged, the principles of Pilates are more relevant than ever. Standing tall is about more than posture and alignment; it’s about confidence, strength, and mindfulness.
