Elizabeth’s love affair with Classical Pilates started long before it became a mainstream trend, and she credits her decades-long practice for wondrous benefits to her body and soul. Studying under second- and third-generation master teachers, she holds certifications in Beginner and Intermediate Mat from Power Pilates and Comprehensive Apparatus from VIDA Pilates. This strong foundation is backed by continuous specialized training in athletic conditioning, pre- and post-natal care, injury protocols, and advanced programming. In the studio, Elizabeth is known for her emphasis on refining technique, creating “aha!” moments, and balancing rigor with renewal. She remains gratified by the students whom she has inspired to become teachers themselves.

Pilates has been the foundation of my movement practice for more than 20 years. As a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher through VIDA Pilates, my approach is rooted in the classical method. I believe consistency is the key to building and maintaining strength, preventing injury, and supporting longevity.

As a runner, hiker, cyclist, former triathlete, I’ve experienced firsthand how Pilates improves efficiency, recovery, and overall athletic performance. My teaching style emphasizes precision, individualized attention, and meeting each student where they are. Change happens over time with consistent practice.
