Dona Paknejad

Dona has been teaching in the dance and fitness industry since 2015. Being credentialed by the National Association of Science Medicine, in Barre, Pilates Mat, and Stretch and Mobility, allows for the breadth of functional movement and mobility to comprehensively be built into every class and reformer class plan. She completed her in-house reformer training under the tutelage of three balance body certified instructors/trainers, expanding her love of low-impact fitness with the use of the Pilates reformer. Her biggest pride to this day is helping her own mother grow/lengthen her spine again – almost two inches – since she started practicing Pilates! A warm, inclusive, encouraging environment is her priority for every class and student.

Tracy Cellucci

A team sports player and enthusiast, Tracy was seeking supplemental workouts to complement a weight-training regimen and a busy contact sports schedule. She found exactly what she was looking for in an Andrea Van Zile-taught Pilates Mat class. The Pilates Method was effectively simple and beautifully straightforward. Incorporating Pilates into her routine allowed her to return to the basketball court and football field better and stronger. Tracy participated in the inaugural VIDA Pilates Teacher Training in 2019. The Reformer was a game-changer, and the results of Pilates were evident: nagging pains and issues were mitigated, constant soreness was a thing of the past, and more balanced strength and great form were noticeable. Tracy is excited to share the knowledge and practice with other athletes… and anyone else that was curious and motivated to feel their best.

Brad Burns

Brad has been practicing Pilates since 2016. After 13 years of rugby, two back surgeries and a body that wasn’t cooperating- it was time to try something new. He started with Pilates mat with Andrea… and then reformer… the results were fantastic. He was finally moving again; pain-free. Pilates also helped him maintain strength during the pandemic. When the world reopened, he saw the opportunity to learn to teach from Andrea and the rest is history. Brad loves working with athletes to regain their mobility, improve their performance, and do what they enjoy “with relative ease.” Chair is Brad’s favorite piece of apparatus, so be prepared to challenge your strength in his class!
